FUNd SENd Guided Cancellation and Refund Policy

FUNd SENd Guided costs £29.99 as a one-off payment.

This policy explains cancellation and refund arrangements. It does not affect any statutory rights that apply to you.

BEFORE GUIDED BEGINS

Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, the normal cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is entered into.

If you cancel during an applicable cancellation period before FUNd SENd Guided has begun, you will be entitled to the refund required by law.

STARTING GUIDED DURING THE CANCELLATION PERIOD

FUNd SENd Guided is designed so that customers can begin using the service following payment and activation.

Where the law requires it, we will ask you to expressly request or consent to the service beginning during the 14-day cancellation period.

The effect on your cancellation rights depends on the legal nature of the element being supplied and how much of the service has been performed.

For digital content supplied during the cancellation period, your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins where you have given the required express consent and acknowledged that consequence.

For services started at your express request during the cancellation period, different rules may apply, including payment for the proportion of the service already supplied. Where the service has been fully performed following the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH GUIDED

The statutory cancellation rules are separate from your rights if a purchased service or digital content is faulty, not supplied as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

If you believe there is a problem with FUNd SENd Guided, contact KOI Sports CIC so that we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

FUNDING OUTCOMES

A funding application being unsuccessful does not, by itself, mean that FUNd SENd Guided is defective or that a refund is due.

Funding decisions are made independently by the relevant funding organisation and no funding outcome is guaranteed.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same FUNd SENd Guided purchase, or an incorrect amount has been taken, contact us so that we can investigate and refund any payment taken in error.

HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION OR RAISE A REFUND ISSUE

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase, such as:

• your name;
• organisation;
• email address used for the purchase; and
• transaction or order reference, where available.

We will review the request against the service status and the cancellation and consumer rights applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
