OUR LAWFUL BASES
Where processing is necessary to provide FUNd SENd Guided or to take steps you request before purchasing it, we generally rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Where we need to retain or process information to comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, we rely on legal obligation where appropriate.
For limited activities necessary to protect and operate FUNd SENd, such as security, fraud prevention, service administration and appropriate service improvement, we may rely on our legitimate interests, provided those interests do not override the rights and interests of the individuals concerned.
Where another lawful basis is required, we will use the appropriate basis.
AUTOMATED PROCESSING
FUNd SENd Guided uses automated systems to help assess information supplied by applicants, identify gaps and structure project and application material.
The service does not make funding decisions.
Funding eligibility, assessment and award decisions remain with the relevant funding organisation.
Where FUNd SENd identifies that further information or clarification is required, this forms part of the Guided process and is not a decision by a funding organisation.

• website and form operation;
• payment processing;
• secure databases and hosting;
• workflow automation;

Transaction and accounting records may need to be retained for longer periods where required by law.
