About US
Established in 2018, our parent company KOI Sports CIC have invested into 24 different
sporting disciplines in 8 countries across 3 continents.
Now working with UK grassroots sports clubs and non-profits to unlock funding for
SENd sports provision, this KOI Sports programme exists to drive the growth of
inclusion within sport.
As a Community Interest Company, limited by guarantee, KOI Sports CIC are regulated
by UK law to reinvest 100% of profits back into the grassroots sports sector. Through
our FUNd SENd programme we achieve this by charging a fee for all successful bids
and in return we fund the annual subscription fees of player welfare platforms which
help to ensure that grassroots sport across the UK becomes a safer place to play

Check that you’re eligible; to qualify for our services your project must serve your local SENd community, and your organisation must.......

be Not For Profit; with a Governance document and 3 months bank account statements.

be UK-based; the funders we use do not accept bids from organisations registered from outside of the UK.

have a minimum of 3 *Directors/Committee Members; 2 of which must be unrelated.
*all Directors must be, or must NOT be, "persons of significant control".
2. Click the “Register” button and tell us more about your organisation and the SENd sports project you would like to fund; takes approximately 45 minutes.
3. Our Bid-Writing Team will contact you within 7 working days and work with you to write your bid and funding budget; where a bid is unsuccessful we will work with you to rewrite and resubmit.
4. Where a bid is successful we will invoice you for our fee and reinvest these monies into funding your annual subscription fees for the player welfare technology platforms that you receive in return.
*funders will require you to provide an end of project overview, together with proof of expenditure that matches your written bid. If this is not
forthcoming they reserve the rite to demand a repayment of funds, you will be responsible for this so you must keep accurate records.

Every funded project receives our Grassroots Sports Player Welfare Package,
delivered in partnership with:

The Collective; all sports, including football and futsal.
This ensures that children and vulnerable adults are protected and your organisation
meets funder expectations.
Player Welfare Packages - Our Fees
Our fees are written into each bid and only payable when your bid is successful; based upon successful bids of between £15,000 and
£20,000, the amount you pay depends upon which sport you play:

Football and Futsal; £5,000

All other sports; £3,600
Football and Futsal fees are higher as our fee include an annual subscription to the Koach Hub Club Management App
